Next Board Meeting – August 27, 2019
The HOA Board holds public monthly meetings to gather input from homeowners on a variety of topics, present financial status, discuss current projects and needs, collaborate with our vendors, and review architectural requests. Homeowner-specific issues are reviewed and discussed in a non-public private Executive Session following each public meeting.
Monthly meetings are held at the community Clubhouse the 4th Thursday of every month and are open to all homeowners. Executive Sessions are limited to homeowners who want to speak privately with the Board about issues or violations. Information discussed in Executive Session is considered confidential.

You can access your current payment status, a resident directory, and other private documents on our password protected community management website operated by Pride Community Management, www.pridemgmt.com. Please note that we do not publish a public list of residents on this website.
