All motorized watercraft using the Ski Lake must be insured, registered to the permanent and bona fide resident and have passed an initial inspection by a Board Designee, prior to the first time the craft enters the water. Subsequent annual inspections are required per the terms of the motorized boat registration form (get your copy below).

Renting the Clubhouse
Once you have reviewed the Rules and Regulations you can fill out the Playa Del Rey Clubhouse Rental Agreement.
Our community’s Architectural Guidelines govern a wide range of issues, from landscaping requirements to driveway size limitations, to play structure sizes, to changing the color of your house. Architectural requests are submitted to our property management company and are reviewed and approved (or not approved) by the Board of Directors.
