Playa del Rey Estates is one of Arizona’s premier gated ski lake communities.
Located in Gilbert Arizona, our community is best known for its unique resort style living. Homeowners can water ski, wake board, kayak, paddle board, and fish on 2 private lakes — play golf on a 10-hole miniature golf course — shoot hoops on a basketball quarter court — and participate in a wide range of community events and activities in the club house.
Our 128 homeowners also have direct private access to the McQueen Park lake, baseball field, track, and recreation center located directly north of the community.
